Our core team is comprised of leaders in their respective fields within healthcare with a passion to drive our mission. We are volunteers who are contributing our time and experience to engage employers, foundations, health care organizations, health promotion providers — and local and state governments — to help us refine our approach.

Our goal for this year is to raise sufficient funds to launch a pilot rollout of our strategy for one sector of Colorado in one metropolitan area. Our dream is to use the lessons learned from that pilot to reach all sectors in all geographic areas of Colorado over the next decade.
